If the issue involves a scan or place guide, tell us whether you started from the camera, photo library, or current place.
Restore purchases: Open HearHere, go to Profile, then tap Restore purchases. Delete account: Open HearHere, go to Profile, then tap Delete account. Privacy questions: Review the Privacy Policy page or email support. Terms and subscriptions: Review the Terms of Use page or email support.
HearHere generates cultural guides for personal reference and exploration. If a result looks incomplete or inaccurate, include the subject you scanned and any city or place context when you write in so we can review the issue faster.
